Your experience includes: Extensive knowledge of paid media strategies and platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook. A commercial mindset with the ability to drive ROI and solve recruitment challenges creatively. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn performance data into actionable strategies.
